Where flowers are our passion

01. I would like to arrange for flowers to be delivered, how do I go about that?

Browse through our website to view our designs and pay securely with your credit card for your convenience. If you would like something specifically designed, please send us an email and we will endeavour to respond immediately. Alternatively, for urgent requests, please call and speak to one of our friendly florists over the phone or drop instore at Gregory Street in Sandy Bay.

02. Will my order be delivered today?

If you have placed your order before 2pm, we can deliver the same day for local deliveries, outside our local area, orders need to be placed by 12 noon. Please see our delivery tab for more information.

03. Can I add alcohol to my order?

Yes, you may choose from our Tasmanian Wine Selection and add this to your order. However, you and the recipient must be over 18 years of age; our courier may ask for ID before the delivery is made.

04. What should I send to a hospital?

We recommend arrangements for delivery to hospitals, as they are easy to look after and there is no need to find vases to keep the flowers fresh. Also avoid perfumed flowers, as they can irritate the patients. Most hospitals prefer you don’t send potted plants.

05. I’d like some assistance in arranging my wedding flowers. How can you help?

With over 30 years’ experience in Wedding Floristry and Design, Alex and the team work with you to create customer specific wedding flowers for your one special day. Please enquire via our email link or phone to find out more about our wedding options or to arrange a consultation.

06. What if I give you an incorrect address?

Please notify us immediately and we shall do our best to rectify the situation. However, we may need to charge an extra delivery fee if the flowers are left at the incorrect address.

07. What happens if no one is home for delivery?

All our bouquets and arrangements are wet packed to keep them fresh for hours. If no one is home, our courier will make a decision as to whether there is a safe place to leave the flowers at the property, if not, the flowers will be returned to our shop and a note will be left instructing the customer to collect the flowers, or organise another delivery, which may incur another delivery fee. We shall notify you of what has happened if there is a problem.
